Refusal to cover/ co pay PMB condition.

Discovery once again has me at a complete loss for words. After Discovery unilaterally canceled my membership with them in the beginning of the year, with NO failt on my part, due to "administrative mishaps" on Discovery's side, I now have to find out that they refuse to pay for a PMB condition? Refusing to pay for medication I desperately need because my internal otgans fuse together, I have stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis, Qlaira is the only drug that suppresses symptoms and excruciating pain. Yet Discovery REFUSES to pay for it? Even though it is a PMB condition? With specialist reports, histology reports and photographs of a laparoscopy?

This is the last straw, I can't believe a medical aid refuses a patient treatment. I'm truly flabbergasted. Discovery, you managed to stoop even lower than at the beginning of the year.

Buying buildings worth billions, but you can't comply with the law or honor your contractual agreement? I will be canceling all my products with you. What an absolute waste of time and money.
