Refusal to correct Clawback Amount

Due to a change in employment I was forced to leave the M-Med Option at the end of August 2017. At the time of leaving the scheme, an amount of R6464,00 was quoted as the clawback amount. However there was a claim amount of R4551,91 (R346,00 - Dr Camroodien + R4205.91 - Gatesville Medical Centre) for service date of 15/01/2017, which was paid from MSA. This amount should have been reversed when approved under the PMB. According to the Claim Transaction History provided to me this has not been credited to the MSA. I demand that a Senior Relationship Manager contact me and indicate where and how this reversal was done. I am being inconvenienced financially due to their gross incompetence.
