Refusal to cancel my vitality but keep me as a member of medical aid

My experience has been appalling, I requested a vitality cancellation and you guys completely ignored my emails, I am now looking to reverse payment and cancel my entire medical aid scheme all together because you people are pathetic, its all a money making scheme, call me back right away on *** or I will take this complaint in detail with proof to all social platforms.
