Refusal of treatment

We have been with Discovery Medical Aid for 10 years - I have a 4 year old daughter whom has an immune deficiency and needs Polygam treatment. After sending through all her test reselts and motivation letters from her Pediatrician they are refusing to cover her treatment. This is very sad as we have been very accomodating with all their requests and my daughter is very ill. I truly hope this wont to anyone else.
