Refusal of emergency admission

Discovery medical aid you guys are pathetic , heartless and I will warn every person from ever joining you.

So you lot lot put us on a 3month waiting period first after terminating our first membership also due to stupid reason even the drs argued against. ..

Last night my daughter nearly died and I rushed her to the ER,you have Auth for the ER,I took her home ,she was not well I rushed her back ( she threw up blood and her fever does not want to go away) the ER Dr wanted to admit her to a specialist could attend to her so it was an emergency admission but you refuse to give Authorisation and this is a baby and an emergency admission so my daughter is home and her fever still not going away .

If anything happens to her I will blame you as she could of gotten proper care at a hospital now,you take our money every month but when we need you for our child you do this ,and there two weeks left on the waiting period only but this is an emergency you should waiver it.

Hate is not the word here for you guys, this is my child's life !

You an evil corporation who only is after money and you don't care about people..
