Refusal of access to medication

<p>I have been diagnosed with an auto immune disorder which causes hair loss. I have lost more than half of my hair and have only now been diagnosed correctly. The doctor prescribed a shampoo and a spray for me which I need to take for 6 months then go back for further review but Discovery Health refuses me access to the medication claiming that it is for cosmetic purposes. I am on one of the top plans and plans and my premium is over R6000 and when I need medication I am refused access to it because they claim it is for growing my hair bac**** They say that the shampoo I can recieve but not the spray as it is for helping my hair grow bac**** I am extremely disappointed with your service Discovery Health and I am definetely taking my membership somewhere else in 2017.</p>
