Refusal for health care

I have Tietze syndrome, I have had chronic pain for 3 months now went through all the medication I could cortisone, NSAID's and I have no relieve been admitted once for this pain, I have been with discovery for 15 year never once did I ask assistance except for now and they would not make an exception, I have to go for a procedure where they inject cortisone straight into the ribs, Discovery advice that this is a procedure that can be done in the doctors rooms ( which the doctor does not do) I have to have 6 injection into the ribs I need anaesthetics for this, because my MSA has been depleted they can not help me, I think someone can make a plan I am not asking for a heart replacement I am asking for a method of pain relieve as normal medicine is not working any more and they refuse to make an exception, I have spoken to about 6 people yesterday cause I was refused to speak to the medical advisors or senior staff, so is this ok for people to decide what happens with your life...
