Refunds of medical aid cancelation
Good day
Please assist with Tsogo Sun Grou medical scheme administered by Discovery Medical Health. My Name is Zukile Masophi ID: *** 080 Medical number: *** and contact number: *** I canceled my medical membership with them on the 25th of May 2023 and they removed all their funds that was located for the whole year. However they deducted on the 25th of June 2023, when i wrote email to them about refund, Discovery rep**** that they don't have my bank account they never deducted I must communicate with my employer Tsogo Sun Group payroll for refunds.
