Refund that's being coming in 3 working days for the past four weeks

I submitted forms for my refunds 4 weeks ago and I was promised that I would be refunded within the following 3 working days. It has been 4 weeks of being told that my banking details have been amended and that my case is with Finance everytime I check in weekly. What else am I supposed to do when I'm told that my query will be solved every three days?

I'm tired of receiving the same response without the necessary action. Get it together Discovery!
