Refund still not processed and rude agents

So after begging you for a refund I call today and am told that it's stil not processed. Your agents called me last week and said you processed it. My daughter won't have transport money next week due to this. If she fails due to not writing I'm holding you liable. If my mental situation gets worse , I am holding you liable. I have been begging for my own money for 2 weeks going on 3. By the time I get the refund my account will be sitting on a negative balance and I won't get my money anyway due to you.

When I expressed how irate I am by your agents I got shouted at , asked if I want help or not and accuse of swearing at an agent and threatened with recorded calls.
