Refund Run Around by Vitality Cashback Team

Shocking service and empty promises is all I receive from Team Vitality ! Since early August I have been logging calls for my race refunds and we are now at the 26th September and still no refunds received. I called again today *** - Kuhle) and I got told it will be paid with the next cycle but I didn't get a payment end August or end September ! Providers are quick to take the money due to them but its always a fight when its the other way around. I also keep getting the same email response over and over again. Truly shocking & disgusted with the Team Vitality team. No feedback gets provided or deposit date !!!!!!!!!!!
