Refund owed.

<p>I was a member with discovery medical aid. Months ago I canceled my medical aid. They listed me on ITC but in actual fact they owe me money. I have been patient with them after two weeks they still have not refunded my money and is not sending me any confirmation that they have completely removed me from ITC. I will keep them liable for any financial implications that this may cause. Senior management needs to contact me ASAP to explain to me how this happened and how you will fix this. </p>
