Refund on a claim

I'm a very frustrated and highly annoyed client as I have been fighting with Discovery Health to get a refund from the 5th November 2015 for a Medical report examination that Discovery requested for me to do for my application for the medical aid to be approved .I have been send from pillar to post by the call center consultants and every time I call I get a different story which I'm getting very sick off.Spoke to other consultants before speaking to Siza which I constantly call back for feedback and today called spoke to Jeff Mlenzana call ref no.*** which was not helpful at all,was on the call with him for 24 mins but he could not provide any feedback.I have just joined Discovery but have endless problem with a simple claim that they can not refund.I WANT TO BE REFUNDED AS IN YESTERDAY... <br> <br> The reference number is *** for the claim that I sent on the 11th November 2015.
