Refund not received

Still waiting for my refund I always have to call in for something to be action since the 25th of January im waiting and people are telling me different stories..Yesterday I was told a Taylor van vuuren would process my refund but she emails my employer alerting her there’s a refund and doesn’t state when the refund will be processed..WHEN AM I GETTING MY MONEY WHY IS IT SO EASY FOR YOU GUYS TO TAKE MONEY AND NOT RETURN YOU GUYS ARE TAKING FROM MY CHILDRENS BREAD AND ITS NOT FAIR..I wouldn’t recommend discovery to anyone their service is very disappointing
