Refund not paid

I have submitted 2 claims 4 times now since the 20th. And it is still not captured and paid so much for your 3 day TAT. I spoke to Siniko yesterday who promised to escalate it and call me back but as usual empty promises. Even her so called manager Anelisa was going to escalate and call me back yes sure.... I was unemployed for a year yet I still managed to pay my 10k contribution to you every month now I am claiming back R400 and its impossible to sort out. Pathetic. You are bunch of *********** arrogant people. I want my money back in my account TODAY
