Refund non payment

There was wrongfully money deducted for a cancelled health cover end Feb 2015. This has been an ongoing issue to date with This individual Tshego Rangaka,Billing specialist<br> Billing Services <br> Discovery Services<br> Direct: 27 ***<br> Is suppose to pay back the refund and I still to date have not seen a cent of my money. They made the mistake of refunding the money into the wrong account and now I can't get back my money because of there mistake, why must I be negatively affected and take the knock of there pathetic service. Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not take out insurance with them.<br>
