Refund me and hand me over

After cancelling our Discovery Health they refunded us <br> 23.12.14 - R 5 495.00<br> 16.01.15 - R 5 495.00<br> <br> Then 6 Feb 2015 we received a mail from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates with a statement of our Discovery Health account handed over to them for collection of R 3 292.00 on 20 Jan 15 - 4 DAYS After they refunded our last money.<br> <br> Since February both me & my husband are trying to get hold of ANYONE at Discovery or even Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates to assist us but with no answer, literally NO ANSWER.<br> <br> Hello Peter was my last resort to get some form of reaction and to eventually speak to someone regarding this matter. <br> <br> PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ! ! !
