Refund- disgusting service

<p>good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i am struggling to get the refund i paid at click even though Discovery confirmed that i must pay and they will refund me. they need new thing every time i need feedback. they instead paid clicks which i paid, so both of us paid clicks and according to Discovery there nothing wrong with that. i have been sending claims since 17 May 2016 and every time they tell me 2 -3 days. i am not going for 3 months. they should have neen transparent with me and tell me is for 2 - 3 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>they are so shameless, all they need is money from our pockets. they deducting R2800 but to give me my R251 refund is a mission. i need my money. i once told myself that they can keep it but NO; thats my kids's ice dream money. </p> <p>PAY BACK MY MONEY</p> <p> </p> <p>Mahlatsi </p>
