Refund delays - nine weeks later

I am an executor of an estate that is owed about R50,000. I submitted all the relevant documents to get the amount refunded on 29 November 2022 and have sent the documents a couple more times. I have also phoned and spent plenty of the time using my airtime trying to sort it out. The people you speak to just blame nameless people at other departments. All the time Discovery earns interest on my client's money and delays the finalisation of the estate.
