Refund delayed - Medical aid ***

I sent an email to Discovery Health ********** on the 5th of September 2017 requesting an early pay for my remaining savings and I have been making a follow up the past few days, and today when I called at 09h13 I was told that it will be paid more or less next week Tuesday or Wednesday. Whereas when I phone the call centre I have been told that it takes 2/3 working days, today I was told it takes 5 workings days, my question is if it takes 5 working days how many days is it if I sent my request on the 5th of September and today is the 12th of September only to be told that it will be paid more or less next week Tuesday or Wednesday that is 2 weeks from the date I submitted my email.
