REFUND CLAIMS

Worst medical aid i have dealt with just to get your claim refunded every time i need to run after them to find out whats going on why they take so long. When you do a refund claim, you receive an confirmation email that states "Your claim will be processed within the next 2-3 working days". Not 2-3 weeks.... I need to phone them to find out whats going on. All i get please send us the claim again, no response from them as if the claim was processed or not they cannot find it. Been a Discovery client for more that 10 years every time i need to do n refund claim it takes me forever to get my money from them. Now i am fed up with this hassle last claim I did for an refund was on the 02/05/2022 today is the 07/05/2022 its been 5 days already no money refunded nor any email from the regarding the claim so now again i need to waste my time and money to phone and email them regarding my claim because nobody contacted me to let me no when i will be receiving my money.
