Refund after being declined, approved and then a bill left unpaid by Discovery by my Dr

Firstly they declined the hospital authorisation after their app said go to the nearest hospital if you're having breathing problems. After paying a few thousands out of pocket, they said I non-disclosed hence the decline and so I pushed back to which THEY requested my Dr do a check up to establish the Non-disclosure which was cleared and so they approved the authorisation which was useless at that point and they reimbursed me. I went to my Dr last week and I had to pay for that investigation that Discovery Health requested of me to prove I didn't lie so I sent before my Dr to help me so now it's a week later and they haven't rep**** to my request to reimburse me for the tests THEY requested. I didn't need to go see my Dr so why must I pay for something that wasn't requested by me. I believe an escalation is emminent if I'm not refunded soon. I was sceptical about joining them after I and my family had a bad experience with Discovery Insure and Life. Now Discover health just proved discovery is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with and I know because I'm in the industry. Terrible client experience.
