REFUND

Good day,

I'm writing this email with a very heavy heart caused by a company I trusted so much, Discovery, On the 7th of February 2025 i received a call from Discovery consultant who offered me a tried of 3 month for Vitality and PROMISED ME that after that 3 months i will be contacted to confirm if i want to continue with Vitality or not . I've been waiting for that call to my surprise today. I checked my pay slip and realized Discovery deducted R479 for Vitality and my HR informed me that they started from last month and I did not check my pay slip last month unfortunately . When I call them they take me from pillar to post and tell me about 31 day notice period nonsense . I need them to listen to the call recording i had with the consultant agreeing that i will be contacted and given a chance to say i proceed or not which did not happen . I NEED MY MONEY BACK DISCOVERY !!!
