Refund

<p>Discovery called early July informing me of the refund that is due to me. They forwarded the form to fill in and attach the copy of id and bank statement of which I did. A month later I called to follow up, I was told the form does not have my name, but they have my names on the id copy and the bank statement. I am told to go print the form and fill in my name then I will be refunded, maybe. I found that not being fair. I don't have access to computer, have to pay internet cafe almost R50 to do the transaction. Take a taxi again to go print the form again just to put my name which is already on the id copy and bank statement. Somebody please come to my rescue. Ref no ********** 360</p>
