Refund

<p>Hi there I am so terrible dissaipointing the services I have received from Discovery. </p> <p>I have contact Discovery several occasions to continue with an Medical aid fil in the necessay documentatios and send it off thru them. Yes only communicaiton I received is an reference number. </p> <p>Finally after two weeks I contact them which they telling me they have not received the necessay documentation or couldnt see it which I know I have done the necessary. Never the less I have cancelled to continue with Medical. Now I ask for a refund and also send the necessary documentations again today I have received another e-mail today that there is missing documenations. Please be in mind I have made the payment in Decebemer 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Once again I will received the same e-mail again asking for the same documentations. </p> <p> </p> <p>The way I am feelling they can have the refund because it will how long to refund the money</p> <p> </p> <p>Very Dissapointing That such a big company can have such a lack of services. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Reginia Bianchi </p>
