refund

i went to clicks and wanted to purchase medication, discovery system was offline and i end up paying cash. a week later i see a claim from clicks. and call discovery. they forwarded me all the necessary documents and the matter was confimed with clicks for reversal. a month later the refund is still not done. notes from discovery system " busy with ***** investigation on customer claim".. what kind of nonsense notes are this. Discovery is good with deducting for premium and disaster when it comes to claims refund. i will not still my own money
