refund

I dealt with KAGISO NONG who was not helpful,not interested,arrogant regarding my refund...1st he gave me a wrong date/day on when money will be paid into my account. I called again after I didn't receive any refund,AND THE second agent I spoke to gave me a totally different date to what KAGISO NONG gave me,and according to her,nothing was captured nor their system shows that I ever made any call to them,no reference given at all regarding my query. I received a courtesy call from some guy today who told me funds has been released and money will be paid into my account before the end of business today,something the 2nd agent told me. It's after 22:00,no money in my account,I had plans already for that money,but I guess I don't matter at all to them

Why say one thing knowing for a fact it wont happen? I had soooo much respect for DISCOVERY HEALTH as a company,but I think I need to start looking elsewhere since I just recently signed up with them yet again.

I now remember someone told me about you,but she just proved me wrong
