Referred to their attorneys

I was with Discovery Health for 7 years until August when I changed jobs. I never received any settlement letters from them or phone calls saying that I owed them money. Now last week I get a phone call from their settlement attorneys (Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates) saving that I owe them money as well as them wanting to charge me legal fees. Now I am receiving more threats from them.<br> <br> This is shocking as they have not contacted me once themselves. Furthermore it is impossible to get hold of anyone at Discovery to discuss this. When I eventually got hold of someone from the settlements department (after being put on hold and speaking to about 2 different people) today they put the phone down on me. <br> <br> I am still a member of Discovery Health on another plan. Is this a way to treat your customers?
