Rediculouse Service and SLA

I am so frustrated with Discovery Medial Aid. As my kids are now driving and more independent (out and about more) I want then to have a medical aid card in the wallets. Discovery will only issue two, I need 3. It will take between 8 weeks and never. They can only post them and so most cards never arrive. I can apply for 2 every three months until they hopefully arrive one day. And then apply for a third that in their experience may never arrive. This, for them is acceptable!!
