Rediculous company this!!! HATE DISCOVERY
So I have been with Discovery for quite some time now, I was unable to afford to pay them any longer so I terminated my membership with them, they kept trying to take debit orders on a month to month basis for 2 months now, it bounces on my account due to insufficient funds and they are making my name look bad. Now they are threatening me to get Black listed if I do not settle my instalments... Discovery, please go read your ****ing contract, its on a month to month basis, I don't owe you money!!!! if I don't pay, I am simply not covered!! and I am fine with that! I will never go back onto this medical aid again. what a *******!!!! No wonder you are not one of the top performing companies in SA. you GUYS SUCK!!!!!!

I have changed the effective date that your policy ends to make sure no further debit orders are taken from you, as we talked about.
The amount owing to the Scheme that needed paying happened because of spending more from your day-to-day savings than was available. The amount owed did not relate to your monthly contribution. Our Settlement Solution team has contacted you to assist with this.
