The practice says discovery no longer accepts paper PMB requests only online. The practice also does not now what to do to get the basket of care for psychotherapy authorized 15 out of hospital consults with specialist psychist or psychologist. Could discovery please review the past authorization and help make the practice understand what they need to do every year the keycare plan gets more red tape and the members suffer soon we will never be able to access any benefits without discoveries consent.
