Reconsider breast reduction for medical reasons

I consulted with a plastic surgeon regarding a bilateral breast reduction and I don’t know who I should contact to submit my motivational letter

So the reply I got from you was to shut me up on social media knowing very well that you are not going to authorize my request. Discovery is such a disappointment because I have being in contact with you since March and the consultant said to me that every case is treated individually but according to the response that I got it’s was generalized without factoring the fact that we ladies are suffering with constant backaches and it’s a pity we belong to a medical aid that careless about its members and only cares about monthly premiums
