Recommended?

<p>You recommend Mellins I-Style Cresta as opticians. I go there, and get the tests/see optician. SMS to say delay on glasses as problem with lab. Eventually get SMS to say ready for collection. I am in the ****arney area so not just round the corner but go there because of your recommendation. When I go to collect, they're no good. You'd think with all the hi-tec equipment, they would get it right! Was not impressed. Told to make another appt to see what's wrong. I would like confirmation that Discovery have not paid for this service because, as far as I the customer is concerned, they have not delivered! How can you recommend when they get it wrong. I haven't made another appt and would rather go elsewhere.</p> <p>Discovery - confirmation would be appreciated. Thank you </p>
