Receiving accounts not paid by medical aid

Good day<br> <br> I am really very disappointed with Discovery. I received an account just now from the hospital I attended for an operation in January this year. I have cover for hospital, I received authorisation, I have a savings account and pay over R4000 a month for this option and now there is an account that wasn't paid or covered by the medical aid. Why was this not covered and paid? I'm really fed up with Discovery, you pay a lot of money for a medical aid and then you still get surprises like this. I'm having a baby in two weeks time and if I am going to get stuff like this I'd rather get medical aid somewhere else that doesn't treat their customers this way.<br> <br> Please let me know what steps I can take to cancel my medical aid as well and all other insurances or policies I may have with Discovery. <br>
