Complaint against Dr.Amir Modi Ext 8 Eldorado park Johannesburg Contact number ***, Mobile number *** Practice Number ***, Discovery Medical aid scheme membership number *** , beneficiary on membership account ,name Jeffrey Dennis Abdoll visit this practice as his wife checked if this practitioner is on Discovery medical scheme practitioner Service Provider list ,she than referred me to this practice and practice number *** , contact number ***, mobile number ***, upon arrival,I produced my ID document and medical scheme card ,the two ladies at this practice,insisted that I need to know my Medical aid scheme plan ,which is on card ,I took my documents and left,now as a medical scheme company in South Africa what if something happened after I left that practice,so this ladies would not called an ambulance to assist me ,an senior citizen and pensioner of South Africa,I than went to my normal practitioner in Klipspruit West ,which cost me transportation fees and back ,would the practice doctor *** or Discovery medical scheme company reimburse me for the transportation fees,I don't think so ,I reason why I wanted to use this practice *** ,because it closer to me and here on social media that our premiums will go up by 20% and here I leave my health care in Discovery hands and practice ***.Skip a premium,no service to healthcare,make use of healthcare,than Discovery medical aid scheme has services and panel of doctors as practice dr .***, please do not hesitate to contact me on ***.
