really really disappointed with discovery

the love I have for discovery has since been dented, In all my time with discovery(5years) I have never come across a consultant that is *********** & rude until today, I Spoke to a consultant by the name of Siya ( from the Port Elizabeth branch) who just couldn't be of any assistance and she went as far as giving me and my wife attitude, when I requested to speak to her manager she made me wait 10 minutes only to give the phone to her colleague( Nomi) who was of no assistance and refused to give me her surname as to what reason I don't know, but she went on to tell me that are no mangers working on Saturday. both couldn't assist me on a simple query about Yellow fever vaccinations.

to think that I spend close to R 5000 a month towards discovery and to receive this level of service, Im actually to disappointed and even thinking of moving all my things to another insurer.
