I also want to share my story as well I went for an operation last year in December on the 6th 2023 For an ACL reconstructive surgery and meniscus repair and they Approved they operation with those icd 10 codes Because my medical aid is delpeted I can't even carry on with the physio that I need for a good outcome I will walk now with a disabled leg for the rest of my life because I can't even the treatment that I need even with the drs motivation letter and biokinestic report they won't even consider the pmb because that's those codes for an ACL legiment reconstructive surgery and meniscus repair is not under the treatment pmb Then why approve the operation with those codes and I cant even use those codes for physio thanks alot discovery I am disabled for the rest of my life
