Really helpful agent

My past experiences have not been good with Discovery health - it took 5 years to change my banking details alone - but I had an issue with an incorrect debit order amount being loaded, the call centre agent Kayla was really nice, super helpful, and called me back to followup and assist further.

She definitely deserves recognition, she is hands down the best interaction and service I have had from Discovery as a whole.
