I did say it I would like to communicate on this platform.It is true that someone tried to call me on my cellular phone but I did not answer.This person then called on my landline and my 84 year old dad answered,he is old and got confused and handed the phone to me.I took over the call and to my amazement there was an agent from Discovery Health on the other side.I am not a rude person so I was already engaged in that call so I spoke.The agent said I noticed on the system that you have some issues,I said yes she asked is this issue pertaining to the sai I said yes so she said that executive office will handle this case.I said sorry no I wanted to communicate on this platform.She said cannot.So I explained to her the issues I was having and she said ok she cannot help who else can be of help to you.I already knew this was a deadend and told her that Ms Delia Gopal can contact me and nobody else,please nobody else or I will no entertain the call,she said ok and logged an message on the system for Ms Delia to call me please refer to system it is definitely noted.She also told me she will follow up and make doubly sure that Ms Delia does call me.Well 72hours later Ms Delia or the client services agent hasn’t made contact with me.You have my personal number my business number my landline number my mail addresses so I ask the question why I haven’t been contacted.I know think it is only fair and of best interest for all parties to converse on this platform and nowhere else.Once we agree to communicate on this platform then there will be no excuses from me or yourselfs I am sure you will agree to this.I deliberately did not make contact with anyone from any department of Discovery Health because I knew this was going to happen as usual.I am not here on this platform to bad mouth Discovery Health but simply want truthful answers that’s all and let the community at large decide who is right and who is wrong,I am sure you will not have a problem with that because you always stand up for the truth.No this is what I can say because I have evidence thereof.Discovery Health did sent an sms to me yesterday morning at 09:42am stating I must expect a call from them before 5:00pm to discuss if there is anything they can do to assist me in managing my chronic conditions/s.This is a truth statement I am making now,nobody has called me from Discovery Health up until currently the 05/11/2021 @ 08:15am to address their sms to me.I kindly ask is this fair me waiting the whole day for them to call me.I didn’t call them for reasons and kept to myself like I did in regards to Ms Delia and the agent responsible to call me,I simply play the waiting game as they are orchestrating this symphony at the moment not me.Cannot say too much because the chronic department hasn’t called me up until now but I will state this that I think I know why that message was sent.Then message (sms) sent to me in regards to my chronic medication and the way it was worded can only simply mean one thing and it’s very clear and evident from my side because there is no room for ambiguity absolutely the manner it was worded.Under scrutiny by my .....if it is what I am thinking then all I can say for now is that someone has to be super intelligent and comprehend behold the metaphysical,spheres and realms thereof to come out of the situation they got themselves into from a legal and as per all the acts that protect the rights of citizens of South Africa.Just to name a few,The Patients Rights Charter,The Bill of Rights,The National Health Act (HPSCSA),off course the South African Constitution which enshrines all of these acts and is in the process of been ammended to incorporate other acts.I totally stand to be corrected at all times if I am wrong.I close with this in mind would it not be most appropriate to communicate on this platform and this platform only as we will have such an awesome diverse people to sit as jury
without going through the selection process,wouldn’t that be absolutely fair to all parties involved,I definitely think so,so everyone will be accountable and no one can make any excuses whatsoever?.Kindly note in a good way off course I will sacrifice my Queen as I know the game of Chess very well. Dear Discovery Health,I have noticed that the company’s response time is approximately 6 days.As I mentioned before it would be of the best interest to address any issues and concerns on this platform and this platform alone.Maybe I am totally illiterate or living in the infinite already but there seems to be so sort of miscommunication between ourselves.Therefore I repeat it would be best to address everything on this platform and I give full consent to do so even thou it is regarding my health.I know for a fact that if we do converse on this platform then there is absolutely nothing in this whole world to hide.I received an electronic mail today from the Operations Manager highlighting to me what he assumed I needed to know but unfortunately again the Manager was incorrect.Dear Discovery Health the only way forward as I see fit is to come onto this fami**** platform and voice yourselfs at liberty.I promise I don’t and will never have a problem with that,will you?.We are mearly going around in circles and getting nowhere because as any company you will put on your guard and defend yourselfs.I am totally open to any of your concerns,comments etc on this platform once again.We can choose other public platforms of interest at your expense to voice ourselves but it’s up to yourselfs.I just received a mail from Hellopeter.com and they seem to welcome me going on their sites and writing these reviews and they simply want more ,turning out to be like a local South African “soapi” only better.Please kindly don’t call me as it is just not professional to do any longer.I will send you the interactions between your executive office agent and myself,once again proving that you deviated from my question and mearly speculated.I am in possession of all communication besides of the “call centre “ recordings.It is unfair to ask of me to give you the date and time of my calls to you,which is impossible for me as a human to do.I ask this then before you ask” THE” question,how did you manage to track down all of my recorded calls to your company for your benefit hopefully without any tampering or fabrication against myself?.Please let us be reminded that your voice prompts states that these calls”can be recorded for training purposes “ and for that only.Are you willing to breach that?.I close I beg of you to not call me because it takes forever and when you do you break your own promises made to me.I can prove this off course.I close with this in mind ,look at the time lapse between ourselves that alone speaks for itself.I respond almost immediately and yourelves this time round from being escalated to current ,do the math = more than a week.Sorry ,slipped I forgot your centre takes 9.5million.
