Rather go with Discovery's biggest competitor

If I could give minus stars I would. I guess based on their Hellopeter review rating I'm not surprised. My father recently passed away and I paid his medical aid.We are still waiting for the executors letter for the estate. I have sent them the death certificate informing them to stop the debit orders as the person is deceased and obviously no longer needs to be covered by the medical aid. I received an email confirming that the medical aid was withdrawn effective 30 August 2023. Surprise, surprise on the 2nd of October 2023 there goes the discovery medical aid debit order, I don't know who they are deducting the fees for as the person is deceased and I'm pretty sure a dead person does not need medical aid? It has been a nightmare trying to get them to reverse the debit order. I understand I need an executors letter for any queries, but this is not a query. It's informing you a person is dead so stop deducting money for a service you can not provide to that person. It's *****!
