Rather go somewhere else - you will waste your money with Discovery

I know this review will serve no use to solve my problem, but may it serve as a warning to others you pay an affordable medical aid but you will receive less than cheap and lousy service. Your claims will not processed your complaints will be ignored, you will be on hold for an extended time and still not have your issue resolved. You will pay a monthly premium, but dare you submit a claim you will pay out of pocket, dont even try to get a broker involved its not worth the hastle. For a company that supposedly wants to go the extra mile for you, its a shame they dont care if you were fighting covid-19. YOU ARE A NUMBER nothing more to them. Discovery i look forward to your generic response and my issue to remain unresolved until i cancel my membership.
