Rather Awful Service regarding my dad's late estate

It is very unfortunate, as I am one to see the positive in any situation, and rarely give bad reviews. I was however, rather disheartened and disappointed in the service given by Discovery concerning money liable to the estate for my late dad, hence my most honest synopsis. Upon hearing that a letter of authority was required, I was directed to 4 places (Randburg, Newtown, Johannesburg Magistrates, lastly Johannesburg Magistrates High Court) within to obtain the letter, taking into account the high COVID-19 risk infection. Upon returning with the request from the High Court, Discovery services do not seem to be working or answering clientele, as their lines are permanently are cut off whilst waiting on the line for a consultant and there has been no response to my reference forwarded last week. The one star however is solely for a lovely lady who has assisted quite well with my request, namely Lolly Chellan. Howevet, the request has been handed over to the Adminstration team who seem to be taking longer than anticipated. My attempted calls were 10 in total
