R84K a gets you pathetic service

<p>Just spoke to someone from discovery who told me my above thresh hold benifit will not cover my 6 week old baby's vaccination. I started getting a bit upset when she told me vaccinations are considered COSMETIC. 'COSMETIC?' Seriously? Something as important as vaccinations? When I asked why, she tells me 'I dont know what you want me to say to you!'. I then ask to speak to a supervisor, she cuts the call on me!. This the type of service R7000 a month gets you. out of pocket payment of R1800 for vaccines and pathetic, rude service from discovery. My premium goes up to R8000 in Jan, this is a no brainer, im getting of Discovery. There are so many other med aids out there who will definitely treat us better than these useless idiots. </p>
