R4800 a month with absolutely no cover

I'm on the essential delta saver. Which basic translated means you pay us and we give you nothing. I pay R4800 a month and they tell me they cover all of these things but before they do you have to go over 5 million obstacles and pay huge upfront charges before they even look at your case. I was on the phone with them for almost an hour yesterday so I can cancel the plan and they said that they cannot refund me this month's payment because I'm already covered for this month but in reality if you look at the fine print I'm not covered for anything because I first need to go see doctors and pay for all of that out of my own pocket and get all these references and codes that I have no idea about. When I app**** for this medical aid I told the consultant that I want to be able to at any time take my daughter my girlfriend or myself to see a doctor or gp and know that I'm covered for that consultation and she said I am as long as it's one in their network but they all turn me away and say that my medical savings fund is exhausted, I didn't want a medical savings fund I can get that from getsavvi which is not what I want I want a medical aid so myself and my family are covered for doctor visits etc. I think that this is extremely unfair and I feel that my money has been ****** from me with no benefit. My girlfriend gets chronic headaches and the doctor said we need to do a CT scan, so I followed up with discovery to find out if they cover it and they told me we are covered for that as long as I get a referral from the doctor to the hospital which the doctor gave me, when we got to the hospital they called discovery and discovery then told them we are not covered for that as my medical savings fund is exhausted. So basically I'm paying discovery R4800 a month and all they give me is about R6000 a year back from that for everything which is a joke because that will only cover 1 or 2 doctor/gp consultations.
