R3300 debited from my account without notification

<p>R10919 was debited this morning, I was told my new premium for 2017 was R7600 so I can't understand why R3319 was taken off without notification. We work on a budget as does everyone. I'm now gone into overdraft, R3300 is a large amount. I did not change plans but not, after today, I want to change medical aids. Discovery is so bad, they haven't even reimbursed me for meds I paid cash for as year for last year or pay for blood tests. Don't ever think of Discovery as an option, they are pathetic and provide useless service. Try speaking to a consultant, you will lose your mind and instead of R7600 a month, they are now deducting R3300 more. Definitely changing schemes after this, I hear only good things about Momentum....</p>
