Quick to take money but not to give back

<p>So I changed my medical aid plan at the end of Jan 2017, was told that my abundant savings amount will be paid back to me after 4 months,</p> <p>so 4 months comes and goes (May 2017) at the end of the 4th month no money gets paid back.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i call them and they say no it gets paid during the middle of month 5. so on the 9th of June I call and I was told the money will be paid back in the next 3 working days, 3 working days pass and still noting I called again on the 19th of June but this time I was told the money has been set aside and will be paid in the next 2 days. yet again 2 days have passed and no money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called again today and was told no the money was paid but it cameback unpaid to their account they will pay it again I should wait 3 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>by this trend I will life my life 3 days at a time and call them every 3 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thninkig next time not to change my plan but my whole medical aid provider.</p>
