quick to blacklist but cant respond

In Feb 2022, Discovery wanted to blacklist me because I had an outstanding amount due and I made an arrangment to pay it each month which I have been doing, now I need to know what my balance is and how much I owe, sent them an email on 28 August to request a balance, no reply, sent another email on 2 Sep no reply bu they were quick to want to blacklist me
