Quick on listing on ITC, slow on removing from ITC when debt is settled... they pass the buck!!!

I have requested a settlement letter on my previous account which was handed over to the debt collectors. The debt collectors failed to send my settlement letter and now I'm going for my second month with a Judgement that was paid in August 2021.

This is totally unacceptable and I honestly hold Discovery accountable for this mess. Please FIX!!!!!
