Queries on ref no. -WRefNo#***# etc

i have been having absolute pain over the last 12 months trying to resolve old claims. Many emails going to and forth and has been very frustrating to say the least. Whilst the email platform can be very efficient in speeding communication and an easy medium to resolve issues, nothing beats talking to someone. After i sent the last of my emails i specifically requested that i don't get any more reply emails but that someone should call me. Thank GOD for that. Discovery duly obliged and i got a call from a Denise Moodley. She asked me to forward all my inquiries for her attention, to her direct email and she would assist me. Well long story short...she has resolved all my inquiries bar one which i am not perturbed about. She has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Denise, i cannot thank you enough. You are are credit and an enormous asset to your company. KEEP IT UP
