Discovery used to be a pretty good medical aid.....that was before they got greedy. Last month we paid our medical aid on the 6th..went to the doctor, had to pay cash, paid cash for medicines because the system said we were inactive...I come home, mail them proof of payment...they respond that I am active...submit claims..sorry your account is inactive. Paid my premium on the 5th of this month...just received an SMS to say that my account is inactive. I guess its time to find another Medical aid.....one would of thought there would be some lenience and understanding in these times...This wont carry on forever Discovery.....promise
